- Should I choose PNG or JPG?
- Pick lossless PNG when charts and text must stay crisp or you need transparency. JPG is lighter for general documents and photos. PNG file size can grow quickly as you raise the scale.
- Can I keep a transparent background?
- Yes. Turn on "Keep transparent background" and any transparent areas in the PDF are preserved. Turn it off to fill them with white. Most PDFs already paint a white background, so it may make no difference.
- How do I get multiple pages?
- One PNG is produced per page. Download each individually, or grab everything as a ZIP when there are two or more. Filenames include the page number.
- Are my files sent anywhere?
- No. PDF rendering and conversion all happen inside your browser. Files are never uploaded to a server and disappear the moment you close the page.
- How do I get higher quality?
- Raise the render scale to 3x for a sharper image. Since PNG is lossless, higher scales increase file size quickly, so choose what fits your use case.
